Ruth places importance in working with her patients to develop an individual management plan that is best suited to their personal needs, adapting the plan as circumstances change.
When she is not working, Ruth values the time she is able to spend with her friends and family. She takes every opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, kayaking and cycling.
